  1. Be On Time

So first of all, it’s so important that you can get your timings right. If you know that you’re always rushing to the airport, backtrack a little bit. Think about what time you need to leave, then set your alarms, make sure that you’ve packed well in advance, and that you know that you can get ready early – especially if you are leaving early!

And always have your snacks with you! Pack food and water, but also games, books, load podcasts to your device – just so you can enjoy the flight.

The lastly, you’re going to want to work on some in-flight sleep if you need it. Whether you’re flying at night, or you’re going to be on the plane for a long time, make sure that you do get the sleep that you need.
