A lot of the time, if you can move away from the people around you, and put a better support network in place, you will be able to make the first step. You may not realize it, but often the people around you are holding you back. So making a change can help you.

Maybe you closed in on yourself because of rejection? Then it’s time to realize that you’re exactly where you need to be in life and you’re on the best path. Finally, you need to let things go. Whatever is holding you back, whatever you’re clinging onto, you need to walk away from it. Don’t let yourself be the reason that you have regrets when you’re older. Remember that life can be whatever you want it to be, you just need to take the leap.
